The Leading Circle brings together women navigating transitions, new responsibilities, and chapters still taking shape. Guided conversation helps you examine assumptions, see familiar questions differently, and sharpen the thinking you bring to leadership.

The Rising Circle
An intergenerational exchange between Emerging Voices and Guiding Voices whose lives and leadership span cultures.
Emerging Voices are women beginning a new chapter in their lives and leadership across cultures.
Guiding Voices bring perspective shaped by leadership and life across cultures.
Hosted online across time zones. The first cohort begins in February 2027.
Established Leaders
The Circle
A focused circle for established women navigating moments of transition — professional, personal, or both. A space to reflect alongside others who carry similar levels of responsibility and complexity.
Shared Reflection
The Reading Circle
A shared intellectual space where reading becomes a way to think together. Each cycle centers around a text — explored not for analysis alone, but as a way to reflect on identity, leadership, and life across cultures.
Emerging Leaders
The Rising Circle
A space where emerging global voices and Guiding Voices come together. Younger women navigating the early chapters of life across cultures, and senior women who have walked these paths.
The exchange runs both ways. Guiding Voices offer perspective. Emerging voices renew it.
Hosted online, across time zones. By application. Each cohort pairs emerging voices with Guiding Voices. The first cohort begins Fall 2026.

Just Outside Paris
The Field
Equine-Facilitated Experience
Horses do not respond to titles, credentials, or passports. Only to your presence.
Equine-facilitated sessions bring patterns of presence, communication, and leadership into clearer view.
Individual and small-group sessions are available just outside Paris by advance arrangement. No riding or previous experience with horses is required.
Seasonal Gatherings
Online, Across Geographies
Seasonal gatherings invite women whose lives span cultures to step outside the rhythm of daily life and enter a conversation with more space for reflection.
Each gathering centers on a theme that invites depth, not performance.
Open to women who have completed a Circle.
