Thoughtfully curated groups for reflection, connection, and conversation across cultures.
A Circle is a small group that meets over one season. Each gathering begins with a carefully chosen question and unfolds through guided conversation, reflection, and lived experience.
The Circle offers something distinctive: sustained, guided conversation within a small group of women who understand the complexity of living and leading between worlds. Together, you examine assumptions, see familiar questions differently, and sharpen the thinking you bring to leadership.
You leave with new connections, greater clarity about what matters, and perspectives to carry forward.
Conversations within each Circle are confidential, creating space for reflection and authentic exchange.

I have spent much of my life bridging cultures between Europe and the United States. My work has focused on leadership, learning, coaching, and creating spaces where differences become sources of connection and perspective.
Along the way, I have met remarkable women navigating transitions, building careers and ventures, and shaping lives across borders.
Women Leading Across Cultures grew from conversations and gatherings with women across cultures, sectors, and stages of leadership.
This is the company we keep: women who come together across seasons and turning points to reflect, connect and lead.
