Over the years, in coaching and in conversation, I have walked alongside extraordinary women building lives across cultures no single playbook can hold: navigating transitions, building careers and ventures, holding multiple worlds and the people who matter.

Each woman already remarkable.

I came to understand this: whether in coaching, life, or leadership, when women living across cultures gather and support one another, something shifts.

I naturally began bringing women together, first around dinner tables, and later through leadership panels, conversations, and curated circles.

Each gathering felt like its own constellation, each woman shining her light and way of seeing. We left brighter, with the path lighter, both in weight and in illumination.

This space is that original circle, expanded.
