Elyse Michaels-Berger

Franco-American, Elyse has built her life and family between Europe and the United States. She is a leadership educator, executive coach, and community builder with more than two decades of international experience.

Elyse works with founders, executives, and women navigating leadership transitions and turning points across cultures.

ORIGINS

A Message from the Founder

It began with a small dinner gathering.

We came from different countries and different chapters, yet quickly found a shared rhythm: laughter, listening, and the kind of insight that comes easily in good company.

That first dinner became a series of gatherings and conversations. Each time, we left seeing something differently.

I saw how much women navigating careers, families, transitions, and lives across cultures could offer one another, and how rarely there was space for those conversations to unfold.

An early gathering I organized in Paris with the Princeton Alumni Association of France brought 80 women into conversation around voice, belonging, and leadership. It confirmed how deeply these questions resonated and how many women wanted to remain connected.

Women Leading Across Cultures carries that original conversation forward through Circles, experiences, and coaching shaped by reflection, exchange, and life across cultures.
